Job Description:

Are you a French speaker looking for a new challenge in Lisbon, giving great customer service to your clients? We have the right opportunity for you!

1. Answering calls from our members;
2. Handle management queries, requests for information and complaints by telephone;
3. Understanding members' requests and finding solutions;
4. Communicate in a personalized and humanized way;
5. Use various contact channels with members, keeping up with technological developments (chatbot, among others);
6. Participating in improving the quality of customer service (proposing improvements to processes, analyzing complaints);
7. One day a week in the back office, working on customer files.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in French;
2. Experience in call center environment;

Oferta:

1. Direct contract with the client;
2. Salary 1200€ + 9€ Meal Allowance + internal benefits;
3. MON-FRI (starting at 7h30 or 8h or 8h30);
4. Hybrid (Parque das Nações) after the first 3 months.
