We are looking for a Condominium Manager for the future Marriott Residences Salgados Resort, in Albufeira, Algarve.

Main Responsibilities, among others:

1. Validating the posting of supplier invoices;
2. Ensuring the issuance of Condominium Dues Notices;
3. Validating bank entries and reconciliations;
4. Analyzing trial balances and justifying account balances;
5. Reconciliation of accounts between the condominium and the hotel operations;
6. Preparing the Annual Condominium Management Report;
7. Preparation of Annual Condominium Meetings;
8. Control of the Condominium CAPEX Maps;
9. Ensuring the preparation of the owners' monthly/quarterly statements;
10. Control of owners' current accounts;
11. Liaison between the resort and the owners;
12. Meet with the Owners whenever necessary;
13. Taking an active part in General Condominium Meetings;
14. Ensuring the production and supervising the implementation of the Condominium Budget.

Requirements:

1. Academic background in Accounting, Economics, or Management;
2. Min 3 years' experience in a similar role;
3. Proven experience in Mixed-Use Resorts with hotel and condominium operations;
4. Knowledge of SAP 4HANA Cloud highly valued;
5. Good knowledge of Office tools, especially Power
   Point and Word;
6. Knowledge of the Legal Framework for Tourist Resorts valued;
7. Proficient knowledge of English (spoken and written);
8. Knowledge of models of tourist exploitation contracts and constitutive titles valued;
9. Rigor and commitment to work;
10. Capacity for communication, initiative, and responsibility;
11. Proactive and
    - solving oriented.
