We’re seeking a Condition Monitoring Specialist to join our team and contribute to our predictive maintenance initiatives.

Role Overview:

The Condition Monitoring Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of our machinery and equipment. Utilizing advanced diagnostic techniques such as vibration analysis, thermography, and ultrasound inspections, the specialist will identify and mitigate potential issues before they become critical, driving both cost savings and operational uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct vibration analysis to detect misalignments, imbalances, and bearing defects in rotating machinery.
2. Utilize thermographic imaging to identify
   - related anomalies in mechanical and electrical systems.
3. Perform ultrasound testing to locate leaks, detect bearing wear, and diagnose other potential issues.
4. Analyze diagnostic data and provide actionable recommendations through detailed technical reports.
5. Maintain equipment performance baselines and develop trend analyses for
   - term monitoring.
6. Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to prioritize preventive and corrective actions.

What We’re Looking For:

1. M. Sc. or B. Sc. with relevant experience in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant field experience in the inspection domain.
2. Proven experience in condition monitoring or predictive maintenance.
3. Expertise in vibration analysis, thermography, and ultrasound techniques.
4. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, rotating equipment, and electrical components.
5. Proficiency with diagnostic tools and data analysis software.
6. Excellent
   - solving skills and the ability to communicate findings clearly.
7. A
   - oriented individual with a proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges.

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Experience in industry, e. g. , manufacturing, utilities.
2. Knowledge of
   - centered maintenance (RCM) and FMEA processes.
