Concept Designer - Porto

We are looking for Conceptual Designers for a project in Porto or Lisbon.

This is a hybrid position, 2x/week at the office.

This will be a project of high impact for the society, and we are looking for people that want to contribute and are enthusiastic with this.

To thrive at this role, you will need:

Knowledge of programming and/or digital development, allowing the evaluation of the technical feasibility of the ideas proposed by the instructional designers.
Understanding of the elements necessary for the development of interactive activities, including graphic assets, animations and visual mechanics.
Strong communication and collaboration with UI/UX Designers, Developers and Instructional Designers, ensuring that the artistic vision is compatible with the pedagogical and technological objectives.
Knowledge of design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Blender (if involving 3D), and/or graphics engines such as Unity (for visual and interactive testing).
Understanding of player controls and interactions, ensuring that the design supports a fluid and intuitive experience.

Some experience with games. Ideally at a professional level, but also at a leisure level.
