- quality project portfolio, is growing and intends to strengthen its team in Lisbon, with the integration of a Concept & Lifestyle
Assistant.

Main responsibilities:

• Planning and budgeting interior design projects for Vanguard projects:
• Preparing the necessary documentation to launch tenders for interior design projects
• Analyzing and monitoring project schedule
• Monitoring, budgeting and administrative support for the activities of the Concept & Lifestyle department
• Managing suppliers by monitoring and supporting the review of architectural and interior design projects and preparing reports
• Follow-up and coordination of
  - outs and installations

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree and/or master’s degree in architecture (required)
• 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar role
• Experience in residential and commercial/hotel interior design (desirable)
• Experience in Office 365 tools (required)
• Experience in ACAD (required)
• Experience of executing projects in BIM (desirable)
• Languages: English (required) and French (desirable)
• Ability to work in a team and manage time
• Organization and commitment to meet deadlines
• Dynamism, creativity, proactivity and versatility
• Driving license
