Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Compliance, the candidate will:

1. Assist in monitoring actions regarding the Bank products, services and processes and ensuring they align with regulatory requirements and internal rules;
2. Prepare compliance reports both for internal and external stakeholders;
3. Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and assist in their implementation with the relevant areas;
4. Perform assessments of regulatory requirements (gap analysis);
5. Advise other areas on compliance issues;
6. Ensure adherence to external and internal rules and regulations, including GDPR;
7. Assist in designing and delivering compliance training programs for Bank’s staff.

Profile

1. Experience of up to 5 years in compliance in a financial institution;
2. Degree in Law;
3. Fluency in English;
4. Significant knowledge of legislation and regulation applicable to the banking sector, particularly Mi
   FID II and AML-FT rules;
5. Knowledge of Excel and Power
   Point;
6. Good understanding of investment banking products;
7. Risk oriented with strong analytical, investigation and
   - solving skills;
8. The ideal candidate is

10. Strong work ethic and commitment;
11. Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to work as a team;
