Position Summary:
The Compensation Specialist, Europe will be a key member of the Total Rewards EMEA team and will be responsible for supporting a portfolio of countries within the EMEA region.
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with colleagues in the region to drive operational efficiency and ensure seamless coordination of compensation topics for your countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a trusted partner, working proactively and collaboratively with HR Country Heads
- Coordinate and provide
- depth and ad hoc analytical support/guidance to Business Partners and Leaders - Market Data Collation and Analysis including role matching and leveling and survey data submission
- Act as main point of contact for new hire offer package reviews and advise as required
- Implement global policies and programs, define and adopt Total Rewards guidelines and processes for your countries of responsibility
- Ensure compensation practices adhere to best practice and legislative requirements
- Lead compensation initiatives relating to M&A activity
- Projects – be a key contributor for regional and global TR projects
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- An additional HR qualification, e. g. , World at Work GRP, is a plus
- Previous experience in compensation (ideally, within a large matrix organization)
- Strong analytical and
- driven mindset with advanced Excel skills
