Zeneca as the Communications & Engagement Lead for Learning and Leadership Development. In this role, you will be the primary communications business partner to the Head of Learning & Leadership Development, providing critical communications support and guidance. You will have the opportunity to develop, lead and deliver globally integrated communication and engagement plans that positively impact culture, awareness and employee engagement across Talent & Development. Accountabilities:

1. You will design and deliver broad engagement and culture change campaigns to support behaviour and mindset change around Learning & Leadership Development.
2. You will lead the development and execution of the Learning & Leadership Development communications strategy and annual plan, linking with the broader T&D strategy.
3. You will ensure all communications share a unified look and feel, that reflect the company’s business priorities, strategy and brand.

Qualifications:

1. Relevant experience of working in a
   - paced global communications team or similar corporate communications environment.
2. Track record of developing and delivering innovative and highly engaging communications to achieve tangible outcomes.
3. Extensive experience of employee and leader communications, engagement plans and campaigns, digital and change communications.
4. Significant experience of managing different stakeholder relationships and confident at forging trusted relationships at a senior level.
5. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, backed by strong channel management, digital/social media skills and comfort using and advising others in remote communication technologies.
6. Good judgment combined with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
7. Ability to handle conflicting priorities, stakeholder & colleague expectations and deliver consistently
   - quality outputs.
8. Inquisitive attitude with
   - developed critical/analytical abilities.
