Job Description:

We are now recruiting a Communication Business Partner for Finance to join the team in the GBS.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

1. Finance communication strategy and plan
2. Develop & maintain communication network to feed comms channels
3. Deliver key messages on the Finance Hub page, influence and monitor
4. Facilitate open exchanges with Finance board members
5. Develop creative ways to communicate to the Finance community worldwide from all Airbus divisions (videos, podcasts, live and interactive events)
6. Support communication actions for the Finance roadmap
7. Support communication and projects for Finance Academy and Change Management

Requirements - Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

1. Minimum level of 5 years professional experience
2. Capacity to manage stakeholders and open doors
3. Ability to conceptualize
4. Self-motivation and autonomy
5. Ability to speak up
6. Positive mindset and ability to live it
7. Ability to inspire and motivate others
8. Digital and innovation skills and mindset (including social networks)
9. Knowledge of video editing
10. Willingness to travel
