What you will do:

Administer Exchange Online, Share
Point, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 tools to ensure seamless operation, integration, and continuous improvement

Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access to enhance security and access control

Apply ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management, supporting platform services and driving service improvements

Collaborate on audits, address vulnerabilities, and ensure adherence to security frameworks like ISO 27001 and GDPR

Partner with stakeholders to align IT strategies with business needs, mentor team members, and promote platform adoption

What you must have:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

At least 5 years in IT administration or systems management, with demonstrated experience in managing Microsoft 365 services and IT platforms

Expertise in Microsoft 365 administration

Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD management

Solid English skills - spoken and written

What we consider a plus (not mandatory):

ITIL certification (Foundation level or higher)

Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert

Experience with other shared platforms and integration projects

Previous experience in an organization within the software industry
