About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Commercial Training Instructional Designer to join our dynamic Sales Operations & Administration team within Essity Professional Hygiene business unit.

You will collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders to develop learning solutions that address the learning challenges of and create engaging learning experiences for internal Essity employees in our business unit (i. e. , onboarding, product, segment, systems, launches, etc. ) as well as external distributor partners (i. e. TORK Academy).

You’ll have the opportunity to design both
- paced learning modules within our Learning Management System (LMS) and
- led training sessions, all while ensuring that our training programs remain at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.

What Will You Do

Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and internal stakeholders to identify and address training needs, ensuring optimal training solutions for the Business Unit and Center of Excellence (Co
E).

Design and implement instructional strategies, approaches, and technologies to create effective learning solutions to meet the learning challenges and to support company objectives.

Develop
- paced learning modules and engaging multimedia content that enhances the learner’s experience in our Learning Management System (LMS).

Stay ahead of market trends in training solutions and techniques, proposing innovative improvements to our training programs.

Who You Are

You have a first experience in Instructional Design (work samples or portfolio preferred).

You are proficient in multimedia authoring and editing tools such as Articulate Suite (Storyline, 360, Rise), and ideally, have some video production experience (from preproduction storyboarding to production planning to postproduction editing).

Your understanding of UI/UX design ensures your training solutions are intuitive and
- friendly across multiple devices.

You are experienced in working with an LMS, including accessibility compliance, course management, and content governance (familiarity with Cornerstone is a plus).

You are proficient with Microsoft Teams and Office Suite, with strong digital and platform skills

You excel in translating complex concepts or technical information into clear, effective training materials.

You have strong interpersonal skills and thrive in building relationships across teams.

You’re fluent in English, both written and verbal
