We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our team in the Algarve.

Job Description

We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our expanding team in the Algarve. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with strong communication skills and a keen interest in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct property viewings for clients, providing confident and informed responses to their questions.
2. Familiarize yourself with the property details provided by the agency to gain a better understanding.
3. Use the Casafari CRM platform to manage client data and property information effectively.
4. Collaborate with the sales team and other stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
5. Maintain a professional representation of the agency in all interactions with clients.

Requirements

1. Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential. Additional languages are a plus.
2. Experience as a real estate agent is preferred but not required.
3. Experience with CRM systems and familiarity with Casafari would be an advantage.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
6. Driving licence and car are mandatory.

Compensation

There is no fixed salary; the remuneration is 20% of the agency’s commission. This competitive commission is offered for managing property visits, without the need to secure or manage listings.
