J&J Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Commercial Quality Specialist to be hired with a 6 months
- term contract.

Responsibilities:

• Support the quality management team and ensure the flawless execution of quality control processes.
• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and procedures to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Regularly perform audits and assessments to evaluate the efficiency of quality systems and discover areas for improvement.
• Offer guidance and support to colleagues within the organization to ensure compliance with quality standards and effective methods.
• Design and implement training programs aimed at improving the organization's quality focus and abilities.
• Keep up with industry trends and advancements to identify effective strategies and implement them within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related field. Advanced degree (e. g. , Master's or Ph. D. ) preferred.
• Proven experience in quality management within the healthcare industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in quality control standards, regulations, and effective methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent analytical and
  - solving abilities to determine root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Ambitious and focused on achieving and exceeding quality objectives.
• Exceptional ability to communicate and work well with others across various levels of the organization.
