Your main activities will be:

To make contact in Italian with the users of our services, understand and analyze their activity, identify their needs/demands

Offer the appropriate services by maximizing their satisfaction and our turnover

Guarantee an excellent level of quality of the services offered.

competências

Fluency in Italian (mandatory);

Ability to express yourself perfectly on the phone in a commercial setting;

Excellent elocution and capability to adapt your speech to your interlocutors;

Be very comfortable with the Internet and computer tools, and if you already have a first experience of incoming and outgoing calls, that's a plus;

Curiosity and learning ability;

What we have to offer:

Salary package between 1113€ and 1213€ (base salary + performance bonus + meal allowance card)

Health insurance

Full time job, from monday to friday (must be available to work one saturday eventually, with extra payment).
