Your contribution to something big:

• Global category buyer with 1-4 years commercial purchasing experience for material field purchasing;
• Contribution to development of global category strategy for responsible categories, definition of
  - category strategy according to RB internal and external requirements;
• Supplier management & supplier strategy (supplier development or consolidation) formulation;
• Cost analysis and management, conduct annual price negotiation with suppliers, market scouting/analysis and cost benchmarking;
• Capacity management, contract management, supply chain risk management.

What distinguishes you:

• Master's degree, engineering background preferred, from renowned university as a plus;
• Good communication and negotiation skills, ability to manage business relationships with international stakeholders and suppliers;
• Self-motivating and able to cope with difficult situations, team player with flexibility;
• Fluent in English, knowledge of German is a plus;
• Good analytical and negotiation skills.
