You will be a part of an international team and responsible for different suppliers across Europe for 14 different Bosch Home Comfort plants.

Responsibilities

• As Supplier Responsible, you will manage and develop the supplier base under your responsibility to achieve high results in terms of:

1. Material Costs: Lead the yearly price negotiations and initiate and lead commercial projects like supplier changes;
2. Delivery: Support the Logistics Team if the supplier struggles to fulfill the demands;
3. Quality: Continuous improvement of supplier quality performance in cooperation with the Purchasing Quality Team;

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education: Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or Economics;

Experience: Ideally 2 years of experience as a Buyer or a Purchasing Engineer;

Knowledge:

• Good negotiation and communication skills;
• Supply chain management skills;

Personality and way of working: Strong team player with an analytical mindset and strong capabilities in problem solving;

Languages: Excellent level of English, written and spoken. French would be a plus.
