We are looking for a Customer Financial Services Representative
fluent in English and French for a client in the Porto area.

Responsibilities:

- Credit and Collections;
- Handle Disputes, Cash Applications and the Billing needed;
- Involves online and telephone contact with external/internal customers within functional area and completing any related administration;
- interaction with external customers and suppliers;
- Validate or complet accurate and timely reporting. Supports/researches relevant data;
- Reporting;
- Ensures required approvals are sought throughout and notifies management of any non-compliance issues as they arise.


You need to be:

Fluent in English + French (at least a C1 level);
Education in the Area (minimum 12th grade);
1-3 years experience in a similar position;
Team Player attitude;
Customer focused with excellent communication skills;
Good computer skills including Microsoft Office (EXCEL);
Willing to develop in a multinational/ multicultural environment.


Offer:

Direct contract with the client;
Schedule: 08H-17H or 09H-18H with a hybrid regime (3 Office; 2 at home);
