What we are looking for in candidates:

1. Minimum education: Ensino Secundário - 12º Ano na área do turismo (curso profissional) preferred;
2. Minimum 2 years of experience;
3. Language skills: fluent English (mandatory), French and German (preferred);
4. Good organizational and administrative skills;
5. Positive attitude and good written and verbal communication skills;
6. Commitment to ensuring a high level of customer service;
7. Confidence in telephone contact;
8. Ability to
   - task and work under pressure;
9. Good teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Answering calls from clients and partners;
2. Inputting, verifying, and validating reservations in the company’s computer system;
3. Responding to inquiries and reservations via email and phone;
4. Managing reservations, cancellations, modifications, and other duties associated with the role;
5. Quality control of reservations with partners;
6. Availability for travel and stays throughout the national territory;
7. Other activities related to daily operations.
