Your responsibilities and impact as a Coffee Brand Support Specialist will be:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice or digital platforms, addressing their needs and inquiries.
• Provide a personalized and professional approach to communication, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Resolve customer issues efficiently through First Contact Resolution, minimizing the need for
  - ups.

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• French (native level) and English (B2 level minimum) 
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and approach based on customer needs.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and
  - focused mindset.
