Chargeurs PCC Fashion Technologies is looking for an experienced Cluster Manager West South Europe to oversee and drive our business growth, with a knowledge in the interlinings or accessories sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing our commercial operations in Southern and Western Europe, with a focus on key markets in Portugal, Spain, and surrounding regions.

This role is linked to our entity in Porto but offers flexibility to be based either in Portugal or Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategic partnerships in the region.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to define and implement effective strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
• Oversee sales and distribution processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals.
• Lead and support local sales teams, fostering collaboration and performance improvement.
• Monitor P&L, set sales targets, and ensure profitability in the assigned region.
• Provide regular reports on market trends, business performance, and strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Entrepreneurial spirit, passionate, dynamic and eager to embrace new challenges.
• Strong experience in the textile sector, specifically in interlinings and/or accessories.
• Minimum 5+ years in a similar role, managing regional operations and commercial activities.
• Deep understanding of the textile market in Western and Southern Europe.
• Proven track record in sales development and key account management.
• Experience in managing teams and coordinating
  - functional projects.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; knowledge of Portuguese or French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
