You'll be focused in

1. Defining next steps with management and managing backlog
2. Representing the team in different management circles
3. Creating product vision, short term and long term
4. Defending team, product and roadmap
5. Being closely connected with team individuals and promote positive team attitude
6. Ensure high level of quality outcome
7. Ensure priorities are being followed and projects are on track
8. Being counterpart in case of major incidents
9. Negotiate priorities and schedule budgets
10. Being closely connected to vendors and suppliers, with customers and potential future customers
11. Ensure consistency of big picture

In order to succeed you'll need

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable work experience
2. Proven experience min of 5 years working as Product Owner or related role
3. Product Management Skills such as backlog organization, requirements management
4. Strong communication skills around consulting and managing requirements, negotiation and ability to say “no”
5. Strong presentation skills, e. g. in order to share knowledge and adapt way of presenting to the audience (lean and focused for management vs. technically deep for tech experts)
6. High quality and security awareness, fun at solving challenging problems and ability for the understanding of complex relationships
7. Understanding Service Management Processes (ITIL)
8. Agile mindset with strong commitment to the team and product
9. Open to learn and dive into new technologies
10. Strong political and cultural awareness
11. Knowledge of AWS and Gitlab
12. Great English skills, both written and spoken

Nice to Have:

1. Background and proven experience as a Cloud Solutions Architect
2. Experience in AWS and Git
   Lab
3. Experience with cloud services (especially AWS) and with cloud paradigms and serverless architecture (Iaa
   S, Paa
   S, microservice architectures, continuous delivery)
