Wave is looking for a Cloud Security Engineer to integrate our teams and support our clients based in Lisbon - Portugal.

Responsibilities

1. Qualifications in cloud services (e. g. , AWS Security Architect, AWS Solution Architect, Azure).
2. Demonstrated experience in information security and/or IT Risk Management with a focus on implementing security controls.
3. Solid understanding and knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, and authorization.
4. Experience in implementing
   - factor authentication, single
   - on, identity management, and
   - based access controls.
5. Proven knowledge of
   - prem and cloud infrastructure design and associated security configurations.
6. Innovative and
   - thinking mindset.
7. Knowledge of industry standards such as OWASP, standards for Web and APIs.
8. Security Architect certification (e. g. , SABSA or CISSP) is desirable.

Skills

1. Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or similar areas.
2. Background in a consulting environment is valued.
3. Excellent capacity to work autonomously or as part of a team.
4. Proactivity and ability to adapt in a context where priorities often change.
5. Developed sense of responsibility, oriented to customer solutions and associated improvements.
6. Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory).
