Wave is looking for a Cloud Security Engineer to integrate our teams and support our clients based in Lisbon - Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Qualifications in cloud services (e. g. , AWS Security Architect, AWS Solution Architect, Azure)
• Demonstrated experience in information security and/or IT Risk Management with a focus on implementing security controls.
• Solid understanding and knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, and authorization.
• Experience in implementing
  - factor authentication, single
  - on, identity management, and
  - based access controls.
• Proven knowledge of
  - prem and cloud infrastructure design and associated security configurations.
• Innovative and
  - thinking mindset.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as OWASP, standards for Web and APIs.
• Security Architect certification (e. g. , SABSA or CISSP) (Desirable).

Skills

• Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or similar areas.
• Background in a consulting environment is valued.
• Excellent capacity to work autonomously or integrated in a team.
• Proactivity and ability to adapt in a context in which priorities often change.
• Developed sense of responsibility, oriented to customer solutions and associated improvements.
• Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory).
