The Project Management Coordinator should be one of the faces of the team towards our customers and the key actor in gathering requirements and iterating on delivery to make a profound and
- lasting IT impact through Cloud-driven transformation. Our Cloud Adoption work involves a complex delivery of different disciplines that come together seamlessly, and this position is the architect behind this delivery.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and agree on project meetings with various participants and stakeholders.
2. Log team, project, and customer appointments.
3. Support the team by ensuring an efficient flow of communication between subprojects and different stakeholders.
4. Create presentations and
   - related documents.
5. Capture project status and metrics for presentation to both the client and the team.
6. Support in meeting timelines and deadlines.

This is You:

1. Professional experience as a PM or in a similar role.
2. Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and independent way of working.
3. Knowledge of modern development methods (e. g. , Scrum, Kanban).
4. Confident in using the Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Trello, Jira).
5. Required Language: English.
