Cloud Foundations Engineer (GCP) - Lisbon

Capgemini Portugal is currently looking for a Cloud Foundations Engineer (GCP) to join one of the world's most prestigious and innovative companies in the luxury industry.

Their Lisbon teams will be an extension of its central Group Platforms teams and will be fully integrated into the core technology workforce. Responsibilities

1. Contribute to the definition of standards and good practices on the cloud foundations of Richemont.
2. Work hand in hand with projects and products counterparts to guide them through the cloud transformation within Richemont by using automation.
3. Engage with stakeholders to discover opportunities and improvement points, mapping vision & requirements to specific products and components.
4. Actively participate in the standardization of our architecture offers and contribute to the implementation of complex and smart automation and infrastructure as code.

Academic Background

Bachelor or master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Skills & Experience

1. Deep understanding of GCP is required. AWS, Alibaba, and Azure (Azure AAD) are a plus.
2. Experience as a Cloud Engineer.
3. Experience building landing zones at scale in a global and
   - cloud environment.
4. Strong experience with
   -
   - code using Terraform and Terraform Enterprise.
5. Excellent communication skills and autonomy in following tasks and assisting projects.
6. Good analytical thinking and skills to report efficiently to a wide audience.
7. Fluent in English mandatory, French a plus.
8. Strong understanding of Agile/Dev
   Ops operating model with experience and passion to work in a
   - paced Agile environment, delivering features in short timeframes and utilizing automation whenever possible.
9. Any experience with data engineering is a plus.
10. Experience with coding and scripting, including Python and BASH.
11. Deep understanding of SDLC processes, cloud operations, and support (ITIL) service delivery with
    - on ability to implement best practices or suggest improvements.
12. Experience with Kubernetes or Anthos is a plus.
13. Experience with design and implement API interactions through code.
14. Good knowledge of cloud security frameworks.
15. Basic knowledge of Fin
    Ops.
