The Cloud Engineering Manager should be the face of the technical team towards our customers and the key actor in gathering requirements and iterating on delivery to make a profound and
- lasting IT impact through Cloud-driven transformation. Our Cloud Adoption work involves a complex delivery of different disciplines that come together seamlessly, and this position is the architect behind this delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance and expertise to the project team.
• Coordinate tasks, distribute work efficiently, and foster a productive team environment.
• Consult our customers in all aspects of enterprise Azure usage.
• Ensure that critical technical decisions are taken in a timely manner throughout the delivery process.
• Communicate with each stakeholder (customer team and internal team) and gather all the relevant requirements for an A-grade delivery.
• Be the face of the Cloud Adoption technical team towards the customer and deliver on the expectations.
• Advocate for quality standards and best practices to improve the delivery quality.
• Provide insights into the feasibility and complexity of various technical tasks and contribute to more accurate planning.

  - date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation within the technical team.

• Proven experience in leading and managing
  - functional teams of engineers.
• Strong technical background in one of the many facets of Azure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to summarize complex technical concepts to
  - technical stakeholders.
• Great attention to detail, nothing goes by you.
• Passionate about delivering
  - quality and very detailed work.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and summarize project progress.
