About the role

You will work in a Cloud Centre of Enablement (CCo
E) with a focus to develop solutions for a data platform in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

As a part of your responsibility, you will create solutions and fix issues on the data solution platform (Kafka, Google Fusion, Spark, Google Data Proc, Google Data Fusion, etc). Also, you will maintain and upgrade existing system applications and configurations assuring that deployment activities are well orchestrated and follow all the necessary steps to ensure the proper deployment procedures and do not create any issues on the system stability (Pre-Prod and Prod).

Help the operations team to create automation of
-
- day activities (User Management, Infrastructure management) and bug fixing in applications and existent scripts.

Background

As a part of your job, you will:

• Design and implement
  - based systems and architecture based on the Google Cloud Platform
• Deploy solutions on Google Cloud Platform
• Integrate cloud applications with existing systems
• Ensure
  - effectiveness of cloud solutions through Fin
  Ops practices
• Automate repeated operations tasks

What are we looking for?

• 1 to 3 years of experience developing and implementing solutions on Google Cloud Platform
• Understanding of the functioning of production systems operations - ticketing tools, escalation processes, communication with external stakeholders, etc.
• Google Professional Developer certification
• Familiarity with database management and storage solutions
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools such as Jenkins and Git
  Lab
• Proficiency in Kubernetes

Nice to have:

• Experience in infrastructure deployment and management
• Infrastructure monitoring
• System monitoring, metrics and analysis

• Teamwork skills but also a sense of autonomy
• Motivation for international projects and willingness to travel
• Willingness to collaborate with other players
