Job Description

Monitor, design, implement and manage Dev
Ops infrastructure and practices. Responsible for managing Dev
Ops, ensuring smooth operation of the technology stack, driving innovation in the Dev
Ops infrastructure to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities

1. Infrastructure Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive infrastructure strategy to support the company's technology goals, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
2. Cloud Management: Manage
   - based infrastructure and services, optimizing
   - efficiency, and ensuring high availability.
3. Security and Compliance: Establish and enforce security best practices, compliance standards, and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard company data and assets.
4. Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and assess new technologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
5. Budget Oversight: Develop and manage the infrastructure and Dev
   Ops budgets, monitoring expenses, and optimizing resource allocation.

Qualifications (Essential)

1. Strong knowledge of Dev
   Ops principles, best practices, and tools, such as CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code.
2. Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (e. g. , AWS, Azure, or GCP) and experience managing
   - based resources.
3. Proven experience in implementing security measures and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
4. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with
   - functional teams and external partners.

4. Encourage and drive innovation in infrastructure and Dev
   Ops processes, constantly seeking ways to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
5. Keep the
   - users and customers in mind when making infrastructure decisions. A
   - centric approach ensures that infrastructure services meet business needs.
6. The capacity to mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and achieve their full potential is important for team growth.
7. Strong conflict resolution skills to manage and resolve disputes within the team and with other stakeholders, ensuring a productive and collaborative work environment.
8. Be capable of staying calm and making critical decisions during unexpected outages or crises.
9. Effectively manage and communicate changes within the team and across the organization.
