Randstad is recruiting a Cloud & Security Manager, for direct integration, in a startup company that develops a
- code Artificial Intelligence platform that simplifies the integration of AI for companies.

They have offices in Braga and Lisbon. The work is hybrid in one of these locations 1 day / week.

IT Infrastructure & Cloud Management: Oversee the company's entire IT infrastructure with a focus on cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure. Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and
- efficiency of
- based resources while managing

- day operations, including network security, automation, and AI support.

Cybersecurity & Compliance: Maintain robust security protocols to safeguard data and ensure compliance with industry standards, including ISO 27001. Oversee the organization's VPNs, firewalls, and certificate management to protect sensitive information and ensure secure connectivity.

Incident Response & Disaster Recovery: Lead the incident response process by managing alerts, logs, and security incidents. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and ensure swift recovery.

Leadership & Strategic IT Alignment: Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business objectives, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence. Collaborate with
- functional teams to drive IT improvements and provide guidance on security best practices.

Vendor & Budget Management: Manage vendor relationships and oversee the IT budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and
- effectiveness across the organization.

Continuous Improvement & Industry Awareness: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, emerging security threats, and new technologies in cloud and network security, applying best practices to continuously improve our infrastructure and defenses.

competências

Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure and IT security best practices, with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Technical Expertise: Proven experience in cloud infrastructure, IT security tools (certificates, VPNs, firewalls), and information security frameworks like ISO 27001.

Experience in automation technologies and cybersecurity best practices is essential.

Analytical & Troubleshooting Skills: Strong
- solving abilities, with a track record of quickly addressing IT challenges to maintain seamless operations.

Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with clear communication skills to effectively engage both technical and
