CONTEXT

Richemont is looking for a talented and highly motivated Solution Architect to help our luxury Maisons during their digital transformation journey, especially in the context of strategic initiatives around Marketing Media Buying, Market Intelligence & Marketing Innovation.

As a Solution Architect you will work in a global environment with highly distributed teams in different countries and time zones and with our central Enterprise Architecture team. You will be part of Richemont Group Technology and will be assigned to the Other Corporate Apps team in the Group Technology Business Foundation department.

You will work on strategic technology programs with a strong focus on the digital stack (front-end,
- end and integration layers, middleware & security) in order to deliver architectural solutions while considering business objectives, user requirements, technical contexts, and constraints. The programs will cover key areas such as Content Management Systems, ETL, Cloud Platform (AWS, GCP, Azure), Reporting (Looker, Dataprep), API, Saa
S Solutions, Single Sign-On, Security & Data.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• Provide technical expertise with a broad set of development tools/technologies.
• Challenge Vendor / Editor solutions to best fit Richemont interests and internal architecture good practices.
• Accountable for translating detailed business, technical and architectural requirements into a solution blueprint to achieve business objectives, user requirements, considering technical contexts, and constraints.
• Leads the implementation and integration of technical architecture.

Support business and product team for technical tasks and use of applications.

• Analyse complex issues and implement solutions to solve them.
• Contribute to Dev
  Ops topics to define/improve automation tools/processes.
• Collaborate with other department teams (such as Dev
  Ops, Connectivity, Data) to ensure architectural solution could be suitably translated into effectual and robust implementation.
• Define and enforce best practices and architecture guidelines in the developed Product/Solution.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team for the implementation of standards.
• Provide guidance on architectural designs and solutions to improve Product/Solution performance and scalability.
• Always keep up to date architecture documentation related to all products/solutions within the product area.
• Review processes, operations and implementations to ensure compliance with regulations standards and security requirements.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• B. Sc. or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience as Solution Architect.
• Proven experience as Dev
  Ops, mastering concepts and tools such as Gitlab, Terra
  Form, Data
  Dog, Sonar
  Qube.
• Proven experience as Developer, mastering several programming languages such as PHP, Java
  Script, SQL.
• Hands-on experience with technology concepts such as Content Management Systems (e. g. Drupal, Wordpress), Google Cloud Platforms (Big
  Query, App
  Engine, Data
  Prep, Looker), Amazon Web Services (EC2, S3 Storage), Anthos, EKS, Docker, Git
  Guardians, APIs,
  - services, SSO, modern authorization protocol (OAuth 2),
  - driven integration layers, Cloud hosting.
• Experience in delivering integration projects in Agile context.
• Good knowledge of service delivery management field.
• TOGAF certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical,
  - solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate with technical and business teams (all levels).
• Fluent English required, French is a plus (as Vendors and business located in France).
• Willingness & ability to travel globally at 10%.
• Ability to work in a complex,
  - paced environment.
