Are you passionate about making a difference in orthodontics? We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Clinical Specialist to join our team at Envista. You will be based remotely in Portugal. As a key member of the Onboarding & Clinical EMEA team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our EMEA team across various functions, from sales and digital lab to marketing and education.

Are you a dentist with experience in clear aligners and with proficiency in Damon System? As a valued member of our team, you’ll be responsible for addressing clinical questions and topics from Ormco customers related to our top of notch products.

Responsibilities:

1. Escalate and address clinical inquiries, complaints and adverse events promptly.
2. Provide proactive clinical support for customers, ensuring effective resolution.
3. Utilize expertise in clear aligners brackets and wires to assist customers in the process of treatment planning.
4. Offer guidance on software utilization related to orthodontic treatments.
5. Collaborate with
   - functional teams to enhance customer experience and product development.

Job Requirements:

1. Licensed dentist with a focus on orthodontics.
2. Proven experience with clear aligners and proficiency in Damon System (Ultima).
3. Strong
   - solving skills and ability to address clinical inquiries effectively.
4. Excellent communication skills for providing customer support.
5. Proactive attitude towards identifying and resolving issues.
