Client Services Administrator
Overview
The Client Services Administrator (CSA) plays a vital supporting role in delivering exceptional service to clients across CARMA’s software and research accounts. Working in collaboration with Client Services Executive (CSE) and reporting to the Client Services Manager, the CSA assists with operational tasks and ensures the smooth execution of client deliverables.
This
- level position is designed to provide
- on experience in client services and media intelligence. While the CSA does not take ownership of a client portfolio, they contribute to the overall success of the Client Services team by managing administrative duties and supporting the CSE’s and CSM with tasks associated to client projects.
For the right candidate, this role provides a clear pathway to progression into a Client Services Executive role.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Administration:
· Assist the Client Services Executive in managing client projects, ensuring deliverables are completed in line with client requirements and deadlines.
· Provide

- day support on client accounts by coordinating tasks, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely responses to client queries.
· Maintain internal systems and databases to track client activities, deliverables, and account updates.
Operational Support:
· Collaborate with internal stakeholder teams to ensure smooth delivery of client services.
· Assist in onboarding clients by supporting the CSE through critical steps of onboarding
· Support with issue resolution by investigating queries and escalating complex cases, as necessary.
Team Collaboration:
· Work closely with the Client Services Executive to meet client needs and address operational challenges.
· Support Account Managers with administrative tasks on research accounts, keeping them informed of issues and suggesting potential solutions.
· Pro-actively contribute to the growth of the Client Services team process efficiencies.
Key Attributes
Education & Skills:
- Strong written and spoken English, with excellent grammar and communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power
Point); familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
· Comfortable in pulling, organising and sharing data sets
- A university degree, professional qualification or equivalent certification will be valued
Previous experience in a
- facing role would be an asset. This could include internships,
- time work, or
- time roles in industries such as customer service, account management, or sales.
