Base pay range

Location: Parque das Nações, Lisboa

Schedule: Monday to Friday

• Training: On-site (up to 3 months)
• Post-training: Hybrid (3 days
  - office, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries about
  - rental charges (tolls, fines)
• Process charges on customer cards for fines and fees
• Maintain electronic records of fines and charges
• Recover unpaid tolls from customers

Requirements

• Proactive,
  - focused, and
  - oriented approach
• Basic understanding of financial transactions and Visa/Mastercard regulations
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken)
• Strong
  - solving and organizational abilities
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel (experience with intermediate Excel functions is a plus)
