Client Operations Engineer - DevOps (all genders)
Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Operations Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliable deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of
- based solutions for our Enterprise customers. They will utilize their expertise in cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, container orchestration, and networking to optimize and maintain the cloud environments for the Frontline Product Suite. The ideal candidate will also have experience with databases like My
SQL and MS SQL, Kubernetes orchestration, cloud security best practices, and excellent communication skills.
- Collaborate with our solution delivery teams and customers to understand their infrastructure requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs
- Design, deploy, and maintain cloud environments to ensure high availability and reliability
- Work with databases like My
SQL, Postgre
SQL, and Mongo
DB to ensure efficient and reliable data storage in the cloud - Use infrastructure as code tools to automate cloud deployments
- Monitor cloud environments to ensure performance, cost efficiency, and security
- Use a structured troubleshooting approach to identify and resolve issues
- Develop and maintain Kubernetes environments to support application deployments
- Troubleshoot and configure network settings
- prem or in cloud environments to ensure optimal performance and security - Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless application deployment and integration in the cloud
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure requirements are met

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (e. g. , Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), preferably Azure certified
- Strong proficiency with Linux and Windows Server administration
- Strong proficiency with bash and Power
Shell scripting - Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e. g. , Terraform, Cloud
Formation) - Familiarity with databases like My
SQL, Postgre
SQL, Mongo
DB, and MS SQL - Experience with container orchestration, preferably Kubernetes
- Familiarity with cloud security best practices
- Experience troubleshooting and configuring network settings in local or cloud platforms
- Strong analytical and
- solving skills - Flexible hours but able to work a set schedule
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Hold a valid passport and be available to travel outside your country of residence
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
