We’re Hiring – Clearing Account Officer

We are looking for a Clearing Account Officer to manage and reconcile clearing accounts, ensuring seamless transaction processing and regulatory compliance. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in a

Your Responsibilities:

• Transaction Processing & Reconciliation
• Monitor and reconcile clearing accounts to ensure accurate transaction records.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between internal systems and bank records.
• Ensure timely processing of payments, receipts, and fund transfers.
• Liquidity & Cash Flow Management
• Supervise account balances to prevent deficits or surpluses.
• Work with Treasury teams to ensure sufficient funds for operations.
• Control transaction settlement timelines to avoid delays.
• Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure all operations comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare reports for internal and external audits.
• Monitor and escalate potential operational risks.
• Cross-Team Collaboration
• Work closely with Trading, Back Office, Middle Office, and Treasury to resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate with clearing houses and banks to ensure smooth transaction settlement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in clearing, settlement, or financial operations.
• Strong skills in reconciliation, cash management, and risk monitoring.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
• Fluent English (mandatory); other languages are a plus.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling high transaction volumes.
