JH REAL ESTATE is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team and supervise the rehabilitation and licensing of buildings and plots in several parts of Lisbon and its surrounding remote areas.

We are looking for highly motivated and
- driven individuals with proven experience in the field.

This applicant will be responsible for:

• Daily management activities of Real Estate Projects including cost, quality and control;
• Monitor licensing processes, interacting with the teams of the involved entities (e. g. , Municipalities, official entities, among others);
• Monitor the development of Architecture and Engineering projects, ensuring the standards defined by the company;
• Perform critical analysis of projects and promote alternative solutions that optimize designers’ suggestions (Architecture and Engineering);
• Monitor and coordinate contracts and respective inspection teams;
• Launching contract tenders and analyzing the selection of contractors;
• Cost control and budgets for awarding suppliers, ensuring compliance with established objectives through simplified financial analysis;
• Risk management to avoid all types of risks on the projects.

About the applicant:

• Degree in Civil Engineering (experience in project management is preferred);
• Minimum professional experience of 10 years in the development of real estate projects;
• Must be registered as a Senior Civil Engineer at the Order of Engineers;
• Good verbal and written communication;
• Analytical skills.
