We are looking for a Solutions Architect (Citrix) to join us in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

1. Management team on the Citrix environment and associated technologies as a ‘Level 3’ operational support;
2. Working with team members within 1st and 2nd line support to ensure the tools and expertise required to properly support the platform;
3. Ensuring
   -
   - date solutions with a technical debt embedded in Product lifecycle leveraging evergreen process;
4. Working with Architects, Security teams, Risk and Compliance and other engineering teams to ensure that all solutions meet the highest standards;
5. Researching and developing solutions and technologies that may further drive innovation and efficiencies;
6. Ensuring all relevant project proposals align with the global strategy and are optimized for the end users;
7. Assisting Tech specialists within the team by providing guidance, support, and consultancy.

Requirements:

1. Broader Citrix product expertise including Storefront & Net
   Scaler, Citrix Cloud, Citrix Gateway Serviced;
2. Citrix Products that supplement Xen
   App and Xen
   Desktop;
3. Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environments including ESX and Cloud (Azure);
4. Expertise in management of key technology vendors to ensure adequate support and provision of service;
5. SCCM Distribution process;
6. Power
   Shell scripting in the Citrix environment as required;
7. Expertise in Agile/Scrum is a plus;
8. Service will require some flexibility in working hours (occasional overtime or weekend/holiday work) and supporting for
   - call rota;
9. Following change management procedures and internal guidelines;
10. Citrix Cloud;
11. Active Directory;
12. Windows 10/11, Windows 7 & Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022.
