We are looking for a Chief Product and Technology Officer for our client in a remote role, preferably based in Romania or Portugal, but open to candidates from the rest of Europe as well. Join us to create

Key Responsibilities

1. Define and execute the global product and technology strategy , ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. Lead
   - functional teams across product management, software engineering, AI, cloud infrastructure, and security .
3. Drive agile methodologies, Dev
   Ops practices, and modern software development to optimize speed, quality, and scalability.
4. Lead the evolution of digital platforms , ensuring seamless integration across omnichannel customer journeys.
5. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning , ensuring best practices in product and tech development.
6. Ensure data security, compliance, and system reliability across global operations.

What We’re Looking For

1. 10+ years of leadership experience in product and technology roles (preferably in B2B Saa
   S, CX, AI, or digital transformation ).
2. Proven expertise in customer experience (CX) technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and AI-driven automation .
3. Deep understanding of digital contact centers, omnichannel engagement, and
   - service solutions .
4. Strong track record in leading agile product development, microservices architecture, and scalable Saa
   S solutions .
5. Experience in data-driven
   - making, analytics, and AI/ML implementation .
6. Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and
   - solving skills.
