The AI Team

The main goal of the AI Team is to leverage AI and ML to provide
- quality clinical care at unprecedented levels of personalization and scale. We develop ML-powered features that identify the best course of action for each patient whilst ensuring the overall experience is as close as possible to a 1:1 session with a Physical Therapist.

Examples of this include projects like “Phoenix” and decision support systems that empower our Physical Therapists to provide
- class care to our members.

Note that AI Experience is not required for this position.

• Act as a force multiplier for the leadership, by helping to drive some initiatives yourself;
• Act as a thought partner to the leadership, providing strategic input and challenging assumptions when needed;
• Drive special projects that emerge from strategic priorities, managing stakeholders and ensuring successful delivery;
• Own and execute critical AI team processes including offsites,
  - functional alignment sessions and other events;
• Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and implementation gaps in the AI organization, proposing and implementing solutions;
• Serve as a key liaison between the AI team and other departments;
• Create and maintain
  - level reporting on strategic initiatives, synthesizing complex information into actionable insights.

• 2+ years of experience in
  - paced tech environments, consulting firms, or operational roles at
  - ups;
• Exceptional analytical and
  - solving skills, with ability to structure ambiguous problems;
• Strong ability to get things done (fast);
• Track record of managing complex,
  - functional projects from ideation to completion;
• Demonstrated ability to learn technical concepts quickly and translate them for various audiences;
• Experience in stakeholder management;
• Comfort with metrics and analytics;
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
• Natural curiosity about AI/ML and strong eagerness to grow;
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Economics, etc. ).

• Experience working with or supporting AI/ML teams in a business context;
• Track record of building processes and systems from scratch in
  - growth environments.
