Job Description:

As a Store Manager at IKEA, you will lead your department to achieve its goals and ensure that your action plan aligns with the country priorities for your Home Furnishing Business (HFB) in your store. You will maintain a
- performing shop by ensuring it is always fully stocked with the four merchandising basics in place at all times.

You will empower your team to provide excellent customer service and actively assist customers in making purchases. Your team should have comprehensive knowledge of the product range and IKEA services to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
