Job Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional Chefe de Sala to lead our food and beverage team at Enoteca 17. 56 in Vila Nova de Gaia - Porto, Portugal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a
- performing team of sommeliers, waiters, bartenders, and support staff. - Establish clear objectives, KPIs, schedules, policies, and procedures to drive excellence.
- Maintain the highest quality of food and beverages by monitoring preparation, presentation, and taste.
- Coordinate special events and ensure seamless execution.
- Effectively manage costs, including purchasing, inventory, waste control, and labor cost control, to achieve profitability.
- Oversee customer service, ensuring exceptional experiences and prompt responses to guest concerns.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase revenue.
Main Qualifications:
- Degree or training in food service management (or related fields).
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Proven experience in complex operations, luxury businesses, and leading large teams (over 75 employees).
