Job Description: Responsabilidades: Planear, organizar e dirigir as atividades de produção, incluindo a definição de metas, prazos e recursos necessários. Supervisionar e coordenar o trabalho das equipas de produção, garantindo que as tarefas sejam realizadas de forma eficiente e segura. Monitorizar o progresso da produção e identificar e resolver problemas que possam surgir. Gerir o orçamento de produção e garantir que os recursos sejam utilizados de forma eficiente. Manter-se atualizado sobre as novas tecnologias e tendências da indústria da construção. Reportar ao Diretor de Obra sobre o desempenho da produção.

Qualificações: Diploma de Engenharia Civil ou equivalente. Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em cargos de liderança em produção na indústria da construção. Conhecimento dos processos de produção da construção civil. Habilidades comprovadas de planeamento, organização e liderança. Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e interpessoal. Fluência em português e conhecimentos em espanhol e inglês.
