Job Description:

We are looking for a Team Leader/Supervisor with experience to lead and supervise a team of workers in a construction project. The ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge of construction techniques, safety, and team management.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and supervise a team of workers in executing construction projects.
2. Ensure compliance with project deadlines and budgets.
3. Ensure the safety of workers and compliance with safety regulations.
4. Control the quality of the work performed.
5. Manage the materials and equipment necessary for the project.
6. Collaborate with other team leaders and supervisors.
7. Inform the project manager about the progress of the work.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience as a team leader or foreman in construction projects.
2. Knowledge of construction techniques, safety, and team management.
3. Leadership and teamwork skills.
4. Organizational and planning skills.
5. Effective communication skills.
6. Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish.
