Key responsibilities:
- Oversee arrangement & presentation of all dining elements;
- Oversee & coordinate the flow of service with precision & great attention to detail;
- Act as liaison between the kitchen & the dining room;
- Team Coordination to ensure highest level of service quality;
- Monitoring quality of service levels & attention to guests.

Profil
• Fluent in at least 2 out of 3 languages: Portuguese, German, and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant is highly appreciated.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills to liaise effectively with the kitchen, restaurant team, and reception.
• Ability to maximize opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Strong prioritization skills, maintaining consistency amidst competing demands.
• Adaptable and capable of integrating into a diverse team.
