Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in BGC in the role of Channel Manager.

The role involves building strategic alliances with East
West Stores to boost Consumer Lending Businesses, including auto loans, credit cards, and personal loans, toward achieving annual targets. The individual conducts sales acquisition programs in collaboration with stores, aiming to make the Store Channel the bank's primary acquisition channel. They also formulate and implement strategies to drive growth in various Consumer Loan Businesses, contributing to the bank's overall Net Income budget for the year.

What the role will entail

1. Establish strategic alliances with East
   West Stores to optimize relationships and drive growth in Consumer Lending Businesses, including auto loans, credit cards, and personal loans, with the aim of achieving
   - year targets.
2. Conduct diverse sales acquisition programs in collaboration with the stores, focusing on making the Store Channel the largest acquisition channel for the bank.
3. Formulate and execute comprehensive sales and acquisition strategies to foster growth across various Consumer Loan Businesses, contributing to the achievement of the bank's
   - year Net Income budget.

What we're looking for

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce, Economics, or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Knowledgeable or with experience in mortgage loans and credit evaluation.
4. Good communication skills and
   - oriented.
5. Must be willing to do field work and report
   - site.
