Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with channel partners (MSPs, integrators, distributors, resellers).
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the reseller ecosystem.
• Track partner performance, ensuring retention and sales growth.
• Present and promote Jolera solutions, assisting partners in integrating and selling IT Support, Managed IT, and Cybersecurity services.
• Develop sales strategies in collaboration with internal
  - sales, marketing, and technical support teams.
• Oversee sales processes, including proposals, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Participate in events, training, and strategic meetings to strengthen the brand’s presence among partners.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors, proposing improvements and innovations.

Requirements

• Experience in sales and channel partner management (preferably in IT, cybersecurity, or managed services).
• Strong negotiation skills and a business development mindset.
• Knowledge of the Managed Services and Cybersecurity market is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with partners.
• Proactive, resilient, and
  - motivated.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
