Join Us at Vestas Service! As the Global Service Operating Model Governance & Transformation Team, we are the global anchor supporting our front line colleagues in the regions to improve how they work. We do that by managing the development, continued improvement, and maintenance of our operating model. Together, we ensure effective adoption of corporate strategies by assessing change needs and collaborating with global and regional management teams towards implementing the needed transformations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the change development and implementation dimensions towards end users as Change Manager in the Global Operating Model – Governance & Transformation team.
• Handle transformation projects, including implementing new systems, streamlining job roles/processes, and accompanying organizational blueprint changes.
• Drive change to build a
  - ready, scalable, and intelligent operational model.
• Oversee change management and transformation of a global improvement initiative introducing innovative and digital intelligence into operational planning practices.
• Act as the key link between the global team and regional stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and organized engagement.
• Tailor change efforts to regional requirements to ensure effectiveness and high adoption.

Qualifications

• Hold a Master or equivalent in Business/Economics (other areas welcome).
• Solid understanding of systemic change management approaches (e. g. , PROSCI).
• Understanding of digitalization and digital products.
• Experience in rolling out transformation projects and managing
  - functional change initiatives.
• Proficient verbal and written skills in English; other languages, especially Spanish, Portuguese, or German, are beneficial.
• Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive change management plan, including impact assessments and stakeholder mapping.
• Articulate a clear vision for the future and inspire others to reach it.
• Effective communication skills to engage employees at all levels and convey complex insights.
• Curiosity and analytical skills to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Flexibility to handle unforeseen changes and resistance during the change process.
• Focus on building and maintaining trust and relationships with stakeholders.
