ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:

To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a large Shared Services Center based in Porto. In this context, we are seeking a Change Manager to join our Shared Services Centre and support the overall ongoing Transformation Program. This is an exciting opportunity to support the transformation of our European Administration & Finance Organization driving them to operational excellence. The Change Manager will report locally to the General Manager, with a functional link to our head of process management organization located in France.

Minimum/Essential Skills/Qualifications

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Defining and implementing the communication and change strategy associated with the execution of key digital and/or organizational projects.
2. Providing logistical and methodological support for facilitating business communities.
3. Supporting communication initiatives locally, and managing the program's newsletter (editorial content, coordinating article collection, reviewing and formatting the newsletter, publication) at group level.
4. Managing and developing communication kits & tools such as Sendiblu, Sharepoint, SSC web page, etc.

PROFILE:

1. Master's degree, with significant
   - hand experience (at least 5 years) in project management and coordination.
2. Proficiency in English and French.
3. Meticulous, with strong analytical, synthesis, and verbal and written communication skills.
4. Curious, proactive, autonomous, and positive.
5. Possessing a known level of certification in project management (e. g. , PMP, PMI, PMO PMI) and/or operational excellence (Lean Belt, etc. ).
6. Proficiency in Office 365 tools (Power
   BI, Excel, Power
   Point, etc. ) and communication tools.
