Position Summary

For our Nestlé Business Services, we are currently looking for Cash Collection Lead - Italian Speaker. Reporting to Collection, Credit, Billing & PA Supervisor, this professional will be leading a team in Cash Collection.

A day in the life of. . .

1. Manage the Cash Collection team and ensure that all activities in scope are executed in a timely manner and according to the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
2. Drive towards excellence by ensuring best practices are implemented and business/internal controls are in place.
3. Monitor the efficiency of the operations and coordinate execution of Continuous Improvement initiatives.
4. Create and execute short to
   - term plans for optimizing the organization, function, or
   - function and the talent required to execute strategies in job area.
5. Encourage, coach & develop the team.
6. Ensure business continuity plan is defined, updated, and implemented.
7. Ensure compliance of Cash Collection activities.

What will make you successful

1. Ability to develop and lead a team.
2. Successful experience in delivering services through Shared Service partners.
3. Knowledge in financial area.
4. Knowledge in SAP solution.
5. Solid knowledge of MS office, particularly Excel and reporting tools (e. g. Power Bi).
6. Strong leadership skills - even without a Lead position previously.
7. Demonstrated competency in project participation and execution.
8. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address and influence internal and external customers.
9. Good planning and organizational skills.
10. Adaptability to change and cope in
    - paced environment.
11. Analytical capability.
12. Strong level of English and Italian.
