We are recruiting for the Shared Services Center of a multinational, leader in the global food retail sector: Nestlé Business Services.

They are currently looking to strengthen their team with a Cash Collection Lead for the Italian Market (M/F) for the region of Linda-a-Velha, Oeiras, Lisbon.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage the Cash Collection team and ensure that all activities in scope are executed in a timely manner and according to the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Drive towards excellence by ensuring best practices are implemented and business/internal controls are in place
• Monitor the efficiency of the operations and coordinate the execution of Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Create and execute short to
  - term plans for optimizing the organization, function, or
  - function and the talent required to execute strategies in the job area
• Encourage, coach & develop the team
• Ensure the business continuity plan is defined, updated and implemented
• Ensure compliance of Cash Collection activities

Ideal Profile:

• Ability to develop and lead a team
• Successful experience in delivering services through Shared Service partners
• Knowledge in the financial area
• Knowledge of SAP solution
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and reporting tools (e. g. Power BI)
• Strong leadership skills - even without a Lead position previously
• Demonstrated competency in project participation and execution
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address and influence internal and external customers
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Adaptability to change and cope in a
  - paced environment
• Analytical capability
• Strong level of English and Italian
